Who are the Freemasons?

Freemasonry is one of the world’s oldest fraternal organizations, focused on building better men and stronger communities.

At its heart, Masonry is about character, service, and fellowship. We bring men together who share a desire to live with integrity, support one another, and give back to the communities where they live and work.

Freemasonry is not a religion, but it does encourage its members to reflect on their moral values, their responsibilities to others, and their place in the world.

Catamount Lodge No. 107 is the local Masonic lodge serving Pittsfield, NH and the surrounding communities. We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm at our lodge building and are proud to be an active part of the Pittsfield Masonic Family.

Freemasonry exists to help good men become better men.

Our members strive to:

• Practice integrity and personal responsibility 
• Treat others with respect and compassion 
• Support one another through friendship and mentorship 
• Serve our community through volunteerism and charitable work 

While our ceremonies and traditions are meaningful, Masonry is ultimately about how those lessons are lived outside the lodge, in everyday life.

Service is at the heart of Freemasonry.

Locally, Catamount Lodge supports the Pittsfield community through hands-on volunteerism and charitable efforts, including:

• Community events and fundraisers
• Support for local organizations and families 
• Partnerships with youth and civic groups 
• Working side-by-side with Crescent Chapter No. 45 and other Masonic bodies 

We believe charity is not just about donations — it’s about showing up when it matters.

Together with Crescent Chapter No. 45, we form a Masonic family built on shared values, mutual respect, and friendship.

Members and their families support one another in good times and challenging moments alike — creating bonds that extend well beyond the lodge room.
